The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 4262 - “A Bill to amend and reenact §5A-4-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to regulation of parking at the West Virginia Capitol Complex; requiring that one parking space in Lot Eight be designated for use by Purple Heart Medal recipients.”
